Refund & Cancellation

1. Basic Principle

Chaos Guardian provides "Digital Content" (data, signals, analysis results) that is immediately accessible upon payment. Under the **Electronic Commerce Act (Article 17, Clause 2, Item 5)**, once the digital content is provided or its use has commenced, the right to withdraw the subscription (refund) is strictly limited to prevent the unauthorized distribution of information assets.

2. 24-Hour Trial Reflection Window

Despite the legal restrictions, we provide a **24-hour voluntary refund window** purely for customer satisfaction. You can request a full refund within 24 hours of payment if the service does not meet your expectations, provided that no significant use of premium features has occurred.

3. Limitations & Restrictions

Refunds are not available after 24 hours of the payment timestamp under any circumstances.
If the user has accessed (logged in) and viewed premium signals, the information value is considered consumed.
Abuse of the refund policy (repeated subscription and refund) may lead to permanent account suspension.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time through the Gumroad dashboard. Cancellation prevents further billing cycles, but existing payments for the current period are non-refundable. You will maintain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
